If you need to return a product, we ask that you contact us immediately, within 24 hours, at the following e-mail address, indicating the error or defect, along with your personal details, or either on our contact form. In the event of problems with the packaging, you must notify the courier service as soon as you receive the order.
We will examine the returned product carefully and notify you be e-mail within a reasonable period of time whether the item will be returned or replaced (if appropriate). The item will be returned or replaced as soon as possible and, in any case, within 30 days of the date on which we sent the e-mail confirming that the inadequate item would be returned or replaced. The amounts paid for products returned due to flaws, when they actually do exist, will be reimbursed in full, including any delivery charges paid to send the item to you and the costs to you to return it to us. The refund will be made using the same method as that of payment.
All rights recognized by the applicable legislation are reserved.

Returned items must comply with our returns policy:

– Items must be returned unworn, undamaged and unused, with all tags attached and the original packaging included.
– Footwear and accessories must be returned with the original boxes, silk paper and bags, where provided, and placed inside a protective outer packaging for shipping.
– When trying on footwear, please take care not to mark the soles or damage the shoe box.
– If an item has a C’MOI security tag or brand tag attached, it must be returned with the tag in its original position.

Please take care when trying on your purchases and return them in the same condition you received them. Any returns that do not meet our policy will not be accepted.

If you processed your order through guest checkout please contact our friendly Customer Service to start your return.

Free Returns Pick Up: We are pleased to offer a free returns collection service to all customers for any purchases that meet our Returns Policy. Your returned item must arrive at the C’MOI headquarters no later than 15 days after your delivery date. We recommend that you book your return pick-up within 7 days of your delivery date to ensure that it arrives at the location within 15 days. Please note: We can only offer a free returns pick up from the same country your order was delivered to.

Notwithstanding the foregoing, if you have expressly selected a delivery method other than the least expensive, standard delivery, C’MOI will not refund the additional costs you have incurred in this respect.

If the recipient of the C’MOI products is not the person who paid for them, the funds will be refunded to the person who made the payment.

If you have placed an order for more than one article and do not wish to return all the articles in the order, we will only refund the amount for the articles you wish to return, without refunding all or part of the order delivery costs. The reason for this is that the costs incurred in a home delivery are fixed. They are paid for each order placed, and do not vary based on the number of items included in the order.
